Yes, there is specialised insurance available for park homes that covers both the structure and your belongings. It’s important to have adequate coverage, as regular home insurance policies usually do not cover park homes.
Can I live in the home?
We have plots available for fully residential use. You’ll see that each home for sale identifies the use of the plot. These homes can be lived in all year round and used as your main place of residence.
Do you offer holiday homes?
We have plots available which are used solely for the purpose of holiday use on either a 10 month or 12 month basis. This gives you the freedom to come and go as you please over the course of the period.
